Winning Teams is a specialist management consultancy that works in the area of human performance improvement. We work with our corporate clients to improve their bottom-line results through their people.
You will want to hear from us if you are responsible for sales improvement, customer service improvement, or process improvement, and you need to significantly improve the performance of your staff.
In addition, we have done very diverse work in areas such as: helping front line-staff understand the features and benefits of complex new products; helping senior management create support for mergers and acquisitions; helping senior management to change corporate direction; and helping management reduce the risk associated with new regulatory challenges.
This obviously depends upon the type of performance improvement initiative that we are involved with. Ultimately, we want to help you and your company achieve measurable business objectives, such as improving sales, building customer loyalty, increasing market share, increasing sales per customer, minimising risk, or reducing cycle times. The metrics for each of these will differ, but the approach that we will follow is the same.
First, we will work with you to determine what specific behaviours, attitudes and competencies your staff need to demonstrate in order to achieve those expected business results. Then, we will design strategies for promoting those behaviours, attitudes and competencies. Finally, we will implement a programme to promote the changes that we identified, and we will measure the success we achieve.
We are a solutions and services company that has developed extensive tools and technologies. We are not a product-centric company, but we have a number of proven tools that we use to help achieve human performance improvement that leads to business results. Many of our clients first contact us because they have seen these tools and technologies in action in the workplace, including our board game, and web-based performance feedback systems. But we don’t sell these products individually.
