The Service ProgrammeWinning Teams services are individually tailored to the specific goals of the executive management team with which Winning Teams works. Your organisation’s goals and vision, corporate initiatives, and managerial structure are interwoven with the Winning Team’s Proprietary Process to develop a unique client specific Service Programme. The Service Programme consists of several components. Each component has specific goals, and is timed and structured to inspire maximum results for the entire organisation. The Winning Teams Service Programme uniquely involves all staff as well as the management chain, vastly improving both individual and overall corporate performance. Below is a short description of each Service Programme component: Knowledge DistillationThe Knowledge Distillation component includes the identification of essential knowledge to support corporate imperatives, and its subsequent distillation into a succinct architecture that facilitates communication and retention. This knowledge architecture may be in support of a new product, a new way to provide service, a corporate position, or operating procedures and standards. The knowledge architecture is structured in such a way to ensure that your workforce is able to provide concise, accurate, and consistent responses to a range of potential questions designed to test and reinforce their understanding. Knowledge DisseminationThousands of employees simultaneously assimilate the essential knowledge through a series of motivational, team-building, self-educational and group educational activities. This multi-faceted blended learning approach has proved to be extremely effective in engaging employees, and providing the motivation to learn and retain the identified knowledge. CompetitionWhilst the full value of the Winning Teams Service Programme is realised throughout the Programme, the Winning Teams competition provides motivation and focus to the organisation. Through a six-part competition held over a six week period, managers and employees - working together in divisional teams of up to six persons - meet to demonstrate their improved knowledge, teamwork and management skills. Performance ReportingQuantitative knowledge information is made available in real-time, which maps the distribution of knowledge throughout your organisation. The relative knowledge levels of all business units are presented for each identified knowledge area, together with strengths and weaknesses for each of potentially thousands of teams. Reports are also provided to each manager at the various managerial levels, and these are tailored to his or her corporate responsibilities. This is a uniquely valuable management tool. Participation ManagementTo assure that the corporate vision and strategic goals are embraced by the entire organisation, Winning Teams is integrally involved with all facets of the programme coordination. Winning Teams ensures general and program specific communication and understanding throughout middle and lower management, and to all role players. As importantly, Winning Teams also promotes participation and reports the participation levels in both completed and non-completed competition segments. Simultaneously, they facilitate the smooth and efficient structuring and scheduling while providing support for the overall programme and its participants. |
