Although we are closely associated with the training industry, we are not a training organization, and we don’t do stand-up training. Our focus is to ensure that new skills and knowledge are acquired, and are actually applied to the workplace in such a way as to enhance performance on the job. We bring our own unique learning and development methodologies, products, tools, and software to achieve this.
We do use a business board game as part of our methodology, and this may be where you first saw us in action, but it is only a small part of what we do. Our toolkit includes coaching, mentoring, team development, and self-learning amongst others.
We’re serious about service excellence, and here’s the teeth - our work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of our clients. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will, at your option, either waive our fees, or accept a portion of those fees that reflects your level of satisfaction.
